FIFA Council Member, CAF Executive Committee Member, former SLFA President and Founder of Johansen Football Club in Sierra Leone, Madam Isha Johansen formed the panel at the Qatar’s ‘GENERATION AMAZING‘ Fifa World Cup 2022 in Doha, Qatar. The discussion panel (made up of global female football administrators) was focused on sharing amazing and inspiring stories as they journey into a male dominated industry.

Isha Johansen addresses more than 400 young boys and girls from 32 participating countries in the Fifa World Cup Qatar 2022 (ages 16-22), sharing with them one of the world’s most incredible stories of how a humanitarian venture led to the establishment of a football club, FC Johansen.

Isha Johansen’s emotional and inspiring address captures how she picked up kids from the streets and gave them a future, and how she rose to football leadership and the excruciating challenges thereafter, throughout her tenure as President of the Sierra Leone Football Association.
