2. JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Infinitum Energy Group (iEg) will embark on providing 30mw of electricity to Freetown and its environs by converting wastes to energy. This means the company will rely on human resources to achieve its goals.

In every stage of the project, Sierra Leoneans will benefit from employment opportunities.

The Infinitum Energy plant (to be built near Freetown) will directly employ more than 200 Sierra Leoneans in the production and electricity generation processes. An additional 1,000+ more Sierra Leoneans will be employed in the area of waste collection and transportation yo the energy plant. Several others will be employed directly or indirectly throughout the lifespan of the project.

This enviable project will compliment the government’s efforts to provide jobs for its youthful population. Achieving this will be a reduce the high number of employment rates in the country and will immensely contribute to economic growth.
