The Sierra Leone Brewery Limited has kick-started its nationwide celebration, marking the company’s 60th anniversary. The leading beverage company in Sierra Leone decided to celebrate with the people, who are the backbone of its growth.
Brewery Ltd presents the Beer Festival with Food, Music and Party, which encompasses live musical concerts across the country. Performances are also stemmed from top Sierra Leonean entertainers, including musical artists and comedians.
The first celebration event took place between November 12th & 13th at the Gigibonta Car Park in Aberdeen Freetown featuring leading acts like Camouflage, Empress Pee, LXG Music Group, Kontri Boss, Comedian Yemata, Comedian Richie Obama, etc.
The second phase of celebration is taking place between the 18th, 19th & 20th November at the Bo City Plaza. Performing acts include Muzik Makers, Jelly B, and several other Bo artistes.
Between the 2nd, 3rd & 4th November, the celebration will also continue at the Freetown Amusement Park (Victoria Park) in Freetown, featuring performances from Melody, Tiger Man, M2, Comedian Kindo, Rap Gee, Comedian Sana Gbingbin, Comedian Johannes and Faze Y’Alimamy.
The celebrations are expected to climax in Makeni City in the first week of January, 2022. Performances will also feature acts within Makeni City.
The Coordinator of these celebrations across the country, Ellen Keister, an entertainment executive and TV Presenter, is doing her utmost best to ensure that all the events go on as planned – smooth and successful. She also expressed gratitude for the love and support the people are showing towards Brewery at the various locations.
Brewery has been a strong partner and contributor to the entertainment industry of Sierra Leone over the years, whose support has contributed immensely to the growth of the entertainment industry and many other sectors.
