Black Gold AK gifted DJ Kallox with a luxury speed boat on his birthday

U.S based Sierra Leonean rapper Abdul Kamara aka Black Gold AK has shipped a luxury speed boat (worth $25,000) as his birthday present for Sierra Leone’s most decorated DJ, Kallox.

On Sunday August 8, Ibrahim Kalokoh popularly known as Kallox celebrated his natal day, but was surprised amidst joy to have received his best birthday gift ever – a luxury speed boat from Black Gold. DJ Kallox has been a staunch promoter of Black Gold’s music over the years, same as he has done for so many Sierra Leonean artistes.

He expresses delight upon receiving this special birthday gift.

“I feel so special and happy because this has never happened in entertainment industry for an artist to present such a birthday to a DJ. This is a special birthday gift that cherish so much.”

“I also want to appreciate the other entertainers who also presented me with some precious gifts on my birthday. This is very good for the industry,” Kallox stated.

Kallox maintained that Black Gold has been a friend and brother for a couple of years and he has championed to give a facelift to his music over the years. Black Gold is the CEO of Salone Borbor Music (SBM). Few months ago, DJ Kallox and the management of SBM hosted a listening party at Lamsat Complex in Eastern Freetown, where prominent DJs and the media were invited to listen to his latest EP. His songs like ‘Proud Salone Borbor’, ‘Na You Get De Juice’ and ‘Da Thing’ featuring Abizzy are currently making the waves across Sierra Leone and beyond.

Black Gold is the first Sierra Leonean artiste to have gifted a DJ in this magnitude.
