The Western Area Football Association (WAFA) Division One league will kick-start on the 23rd February, 2020. 24 First Division clubs will participate for a place to play the national play-offs where 4 teams will fight for four spots in the 2020/2021 Sierra Leone Premier League.

In the opening fixture on the 23rd February 2020, Goderich United will lock horns with Real Mack FC at the Siaka Stevens Stadium in Freetown .

The 24 clubs are drawn into Zone A and Zone B
