*▪1. 🎼 DENGEH N POSE by Morris*

Morris’ ‘Dengeh N Pose’ has topped the chart for a second consecutive month. The song has taken over the space as the most played song in Sierra Leone in February and March 2020. ‘Denge N Pose’ maintains a steady growth over the past months. Quite irresistible tune done by one of Sierra Leone’s finest singers, Morris. With a classic video and good rhythm and lyrics, ‘Denge N Pose’ keeps growing wild. You can’t easily skip it on your playlist coz Morris has invested his extraordinary talent in it. The song still rocks among the best. ‘Denge N Pose’ on top of the chart again.

*▪2. 🎼 FIRE DANCER by YOK 7 x Teni*

‘Fire Dancer’ is blazing trail to the top of the chart. The afro pop/rap song keeps growing and blasting around. Two African giants on it, Sierra Leonean rapper YOK 7 and the Nigerian afrobeat Teni, hammered this song in 2019. ‘Fire Dancer’ is still popular in the early 2020 and it has grabbed the 2nd place in the February chart of Vertex Salone Top 10 Songs.

*▪3. 🎼 BAKA BAD by Supa Saa x Muzayman x Rhyme K x JD Camel*

‘Baka Bad’ is one of the fastest growing songs on the chart. It has climbed from 6th the previous month to 3rd position in March 2020. This dancehall crooner has been on fire and still grooving in the pubs, clubs and streets in Sierra Leone. Having a top dancehall reggae artist like Supa Saa, plus the talented acts featured in it, made the song a mega hit. It is a lovely bad tune.

‘Around Ya’ by Star Zee remains a major hit since it was released in the late 2019. The song enters 2020 with series of ‘challenges’ on the original cover by several artists in Sierra Leone and in the diaspora. It was a bang in February and March 2020 as it maintains its 4th position on the chart after previously topping it.

‘Dis Net’ is still a hit across Sierra Leone. This afrobeat song maintains consistency and steady growth in airplays, online growth and street plays across the country. The two heavyweights, Arkman and Boss LA did justice to this banger when they recorded it in the late 2019, and it is still popular in the streets across Sierra Leone.

‘KENYATTA’ is a rap diss song that became a mega hit in Sierra Leone and beyond since it was released in mid January by legendary rapper Kao Denero. It became the most talked about song online and offline. KENYATTA is still popular around and continues to stay on the chart after leading the January 2020 chart. The song has had dozens of artists who have jumped in its latest ‘Challenge’, the highest any Sierra Leonean song has got in a challenge.

‘Wankanda Love’ is a new entry in the chart recently released by upcoming star – Hyven Snt. The song is currently one of the favourite on most playlists across Sierra Leone and it is currently on replay on major radios and the streets. The artist may not be popular, but the song is a banger.

*▪8. 🎼 BOKU TROUBLE by Kao Denero*

‘Boku Trouble’ is one of the favourite songs in the ‘Kiss The Throne’ album by Kao Denero. The song was released about a month ago, and has gained momentum over the short period, thereby making its debut on the chart. The song is a classic rap project by a leading African rapper – Kao Denero.

*▪9. 🎼 ENJOY GBET by Rich Blink x Boss LA x Arkman*

‘Enjoy Gbet’ is still on fire across Sierra Leone. This afro-dancehall screamer has got the clubs and pubs blinking and blazing. Rich Blink might not be that popular artist but he has an amazing talent. And that could be seen in his late 2019 song (Enjoy Gbet) featuring Boss LA and Arkman. The Fame Entertainment star is one of the finest singers around.

‘Coco Eater’ is one of the debutants on the Salone Top 10 Songs chart. The song was done by Nasser Ayoub, one of the finest in the industry. It has gained more playing time in March and has therefore made it to the top 10.
