As she continues to mourn her fiance and former business partner Samuel Leverse aka DJ Lawva, Rosaline Sesay has dedicated the latest award won by her company Real Boss Production as the ‘Best Clothing Brand of the Year‘. Real Boss Production won this important award from the National Social Award (NSA) over the weekend.
The United States based actress and entrepreneur, Rosaline Sesay is the founder and CEO of Real Boss Production, a clothing brand and entertainment production company operational in Sierra Leone and in the States. She had entrusted the operations of Real Boss Production in the hands of her partner, Samuel Leverse, who was serving as Managing Director of the company.
Following the company winning the Best Clothing Brand award in the country, Rosaline chose to pay tribute to the company’s former MD.
According to Rosaline, Samuel Leverse (DJ Lawva) has worked so hard to achieve this award.
“Within the shortest period, Lawva has taken Real Boss to places. He dedicated his time to promote the brand, which earned us this amazing award from NSA. I owe this award to his hard work and service. May his soul continue to rest in peace.”

DJ Lawva, until his death, was the substantive President of the Sierra Leone DJs Union (SLeDU). He was a long-term Radio DJ and Presenter on Radio Democracy, 98.1FM. Lawva has contributed a lot to the growth of the Sierra Leone entertainment industry. He has managed and promoted several top Sierra Leonean artistes and had also managed events during his time.
He stay on earth was short-lived, when he was pronounced dead on January 14, 2023, which became a big loss in the entertainment industry.
