The Sierra Leone midfield sensation John Bankole Kamara has completed a move to FC POLITEHNICA IASI (FC Poli Iasi for short), in the Romania Second Division (Liga II).

John’s contract with Azerbaijan’s Keshla FC side ended shortly, and he is now pursuing another professional trade in Romania. He has played for several clubs in Greece, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and more across Europe.

John Kamara was a key player in the Leone Stars 2021 AFCON squad in Cameroon, that played 3 crucial matches in the continent biggest tournament.
