Leading Sierra Leonean and African pop singer Joseph Amos Bangura aka Mos-B has just released another classic video for the song titled ‘FAMBUL MONEY SWEET’. After the teaser was released on social media almost 2 years ago, the song became the fan’s favourite, which forced the artiste to release this stunning track.

The arts and creativity in the video is awesome.

‘Fambul Money Sweet’ is a song born out of the fate of an impoverish situation of a young hardworking graduate who virtually went broke with no money or anybody to provide for him, until one fateful day when he was rescued by a long time school friend who changed his life for good. Mos-B was inspired by this fascinating story and the prevailing challenges in claiming family wealth, especially in Africa. He tried to explain how someone becomes relevant or irrelevant in family cycles because of money.

“Way you nor get, nobody sabi you,’
“But way you get, everybody know you’

”Way you nor get, you na Mr. Natin’
‘But way you get, you na something’

And continues to say –

‘Money is fine oh, money is good oh, E go make you shine oh’
‘Try get you yone…

‘Money is fine oh, money is good oh, E go make you shine oh’
‘Like a morning star….

‘Fambuuuul…., Fambuuuul owoooo….

Composed and sang in Krio, French and English, ‘Fambul Money Sweet’ was self-produced by Mos-B and features another Sierra Leonean sensational artist, Frico.

The France based singer is a regular hitmaker with a couple of quality songs over the years. He became the first global artist to record an awareness campaign song for Corona Virus in January this year, which went viral on top media across the world, including the BBC radio, etc. Mos-B also hosted a successful virtual show themed ‘SING 4 AFRICA’ featuring dozens of African artists during the COVID-19 lockdown. He is currently running an online TV platform ‐ ‘Cotton Tree Tok’. Prior to the moment, Mos-B was already booked for a music tour in Chicago USA, but plans were destroyed by the outbreak of COVID-19.

His just-released ‘Fambul Money Sweet’ is making waves across Sierra Leone and beyond. This video was shot in France, and it is now available on YouTube.
