WatsUp TV hires popular Sierra Leonean Presenter Ambassador Bash

A Ghanaian based digital entertainment television channel – WatsUp TV has secured the services of a renowned Sierra Leonean media personality, youth activist, Ambassador Mohamed Basiru Sanusi popularly known as Ambassador Bash.

Bash who was in Accra to attend the Africa Youth Connekt Summit signs a lucrative media contract with WatsUp TV as the Sierra Leone country representative.

WatsUp TV is a 24-hour digital entertainment Television channel for the Pan-African Bi-Lingual community. The channel which was launched in September 2020, started as a TV show in 2014 and aired contents created for the fun-loving young people from various languages and topographical backgrounds. Meant to unite Africans under an umbrella of good entertainment, WatsUp TV is the platform for all things trendy, entertaining and informative for the yearning youth market within Africa and beyond.

The Founder of WatsUp TV, Abd Traore expresses his appreciation and delightfulness to have Basiru onboard his platform. “This is a good news for the people of Sierra Leone. It is part of our goal, expandingโ€ฆ we are now in Sierra Leone” he maintained. Adding that, “We are so proud to have Sierra Leone as part of the family. So it’s one Africa, one goal, one aim and one culture.”

According to Traore, the Youth Ambassador Mohamed Basiru Sanusi is now the official representative of WatsUp TV in Sierra Leone. He is WatsUp TV’s direct contact in Sierra Leone.

Receiving the contract, Basiru assured his new employees of his commitment and making sure that the vision and goal of WatsUp TV become a reality.

Mohamed Basiru Sanusi is a seasoned Radio and TV Presenter in Sierra Leone. Despite his recent dismissal from Star Radio and TV, his indelible imprints on Star’s growth will ever remain remarkable. His latest contract beyond borders is an extension of his desires to tell Sierra Leone’s untold stories to the world and to project her good image and untapped talents and natural resources. This will also strengthen Sierra Leone’s relationship with Ghana and other nations.

As an entrepreneur, Ambassador Bash is the Founder of IAFRIKA-SL, a media production, marketing and multimedia company in Sierra Leone, which is taking the lead in the industry.
