After official unveiling and fundraising, IAfrika-SL is set to provide top-notch multimedia solutions

Friends and family, people in the media and corporate entities were all gathered at the Official Unveiling and Fundraising ceremony of Sierra Leone’s premier multimedia company – IAfrika-SL. This event was held last night (3rd December 2021) at the Allison Bar, Lumley Beach Road, Aberdeen Freetown.

It was a unique event with class, changing the narratives from the ordinary to the extraordinary way of doing things, and the IAfrika-SL team was on top of situation with grade A event management and high-end multimedia display.

The Founder and CEO of IAfrika-SL – Mohamed Basiru Sanusi, popular as Ambassador Bash, is a Youth Activist, Entrepreneur and Media personality who has earned expertise and credibility in the various landscapes for several years. His unblemished character has made him a very influential young Sierra Leonean with clear vision for growth.

The event was hosted by popular comedian Richie Obama alongside a seasoned media personality Sarah Kallay. Eminent personalities, including the Minister of Youth Affairs Mohamed Orman Bangura, Rapper Drizilik, SLeDU President DJ Lawva and a host of other personalities were in attendance to support a vision of a young and industrious Sierra Leonean who looks forward to provide the desired multimedia solutions and create employment for many young Sierra Leoneans.

During speeches, everybody was in compliment with Basiru’s journey and on how he always been there to support others through his media and other platforms. Many see him as an inspiration and an example of a hardworking youth.

Similar sentiments were shared by his mother, who has remained proud of his son and vowed to support his vision.

In an interview with Vertex Media, Mohamed Basiru Sanusi describes his company as “one that was established to change the narratives in Multimedia productions, event management, media consultancy and documentary making for corporate institutions and private individuals.” “Our focus is to tell interesting stories of places and important personalities in Sierra Leone and beyond.”
Bash noted that his company’s mission will be to tell amazing untold stories of prominent personalities across the country and beyond.

The Iafrika-SL office is equipped with modern logistics and gadgets purposely secured for multimedia productions, event management and documentary making, worth hundreds of millions of Leones. It is situated at 38 Malta Street in the Fourah Bay community, in Eastern Freetown.
