Ambassador Bash named in 100 Most Influential Leaders by the Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation

Congratulations to Mohamed Basiru Sanusi (Amb Bash) as he makes it to the list of Africa’s Most Influential Leaders at the 5th Edition of the Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation – the Convergence and Award Ceremony in Accra, Ghana, happening on the 14th April 2023.

Mohamed Basiru Sanusi (Ambassador Bash) is a former Producer, Presenter and Reporter at Star Television and Radio in Sierra Leone.

Bash is a Youth Ambassador, Journalist, Blogger, Activist & CEO.

A young Dynamic Sierra Leonean that has contributed immensely in Nation Building, especially in the Youth and Entertainment sector. Bash, as he is commonly called, has spent over 15 years actively in the Media Landscape. Starting from a Request form seller for Radio Democracy, he then moved on serving as Secretary General for Premier Tok Radio Fan Club, the First Elected Secretary General for Texters’ All-Stars Sierra Leone, Former Eastern Chairman Hamayatasal Foundation, Secretary General Voice of the Youth Sierra Leone, to Presenter and Commercial Manager for Choice FM.

He was the Youth and Entertainment correspondent for Sierra Leone’s leading media house, Media One Centre comprises of Star TV, Star Radio & Standard Times. Presenter for Youth Encounter and Salone Talent both on Tv and Radio.

In addition, he is the Current Sierra Leone Ambassador for All Africa Music Awards AFRIMA in Lagos, Nigeria, a member of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) formed by Barrack Obama and also a Member of the African Union Youth Division an assignment that has taken him to several African Countries. He is an Elder in Circle of Knowledge Sierra Leone, Team Lead for Invest in Young People, Board Member BAKA Video Gaming, Secretary General Fourah Bay Community FC, Board Member Daqvah Charity Foundation, Sierra Leone Correspondent for WatSup TV Ghana and CEO IAFRIKA-SL.
