P-Square reunited on stage at the 2021 Ecofest in Freetown, after 4 years of separation

Popular Nigerian music duo P-Square has reunited on stage at the African annual music festival – ECOFEST, held at the Siaka Stevens Stadium in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) and Peter Okoye (Mr. P) were cheered on stage by a mammoth crowd at the Siaka Stevens Stadium, following just a week they reunited on their birthday.

The singers who have separated since 2017, was brought on stage for the first time in over 4 years at the Ecofest in Freetown. The packed Siaka Stevens stadium celebrated the coming together of Africa’s biggest group, who have dominated the continent with tons of hit songs over the last 2 decades and counting.

Ecofest is the biggest music festival in the last 5 years, that bring dozens of African music acts on one massive stage. It’s been organised by the Kabaka Multimedia and Entertainment (KME), a company owned by and industrious Sierra Leonean Lawyer, Abu Bakarr Turay, commonly known as ‘Kabaka’.

Previous editions of Ecofest has brought big African entertainers on stage, the likes of Ghana’s Kwame Ugene, Nigeria’s Patoranking & Basket Mouth, Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz, et al. Huge Stars were also featured in the 2021 Ecofest, including Rema, Gucci, P-Square, Di’ja and Broda Shaggi from Nigeria, Master KG from South Africa, Eddy Kenzo from Uganda, and more.

P-Square (Mr. P and Rudeboy) together delivered a stellar performance last night, in a two days event they were initially scheduled to separately performed, but plans were changed to have them both on stage at the same time.
