Real Boss Productions empowering young talents in Sierra Leone

Real Boss Productions is a production company focused on developing young talents, giving them the required platforms to showcase their talents. The company will be producing documentaries, short films and comedies, using young talents from Sierra Leone and beyond. It is a registered company in Freetown, Sierra Leone, owned by Rosaline Sesay Tarawally, also known as Real Boss, a Sierra Leonean Actress, humanitarian and entrepreneur base in the United States of America.

The company is now working on a series titles ‘GROWING UP AFRICAN’, and a comedy show named ‘LAUGH OUT LOUD’, featuring young talents from Sierra Leone.

The founder and CEO of Real Boss Productions, Rosaline Sesay Tarawally has been a seasoned and renowned actress who started her acting career early in life, performing and starring in school plays (Drama). She grew a passion for acting and has since got a breakthrough in the Nollywood and other industries across the world, with blockbuster movies. Among her popular movies are ‘Secret Past’, ‘Paparazzi Eye in The Dark’, ‘Friend Request’, ‘Destiny’, ‘Unforgiven’, and more.

She took a break from her acting career due to family affairs, but she has been supporting her fellow Sierra Leoneans in the field of entertainment. With the emergence of her new company (Real Boss Productions), she is now returning to the sector as an entrepreneur this time, investing in the many young Sierra Leoneans out there.

Her distinguished personality and reputation has also helped her excel in other fields, becoming a top business consultant for a multi million dollar company (Paparazzi Accessories), among others. Her passion to her develop young talents in her home country gave birth the establishment of Real Boss Productions – a powerhouse for talent development, management and growth.
