The most anticipated reality television show HOUSE OF STARS has been launched by one of Sierra Leone’s leading entertainment companies, Kings Empire as game changer in the lives of SierraLeonean superstars. This grand event was graced by dozens of invited entertainers, entertainment executives, the media and fans, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Aberdeen, Freetown, on Friday 21st July 2023.

Making his statement, the CEO of Kings Empire, Valentine Mak King, said that the show is an empowerment television show that is aimed at boosting Sierra Leone entertainment stars and change their lives for good. He noted that many celebrities do not own a house, but with the House of Stars show, his company will start dishing houses to winners in every edition.

Val King is an entertainment enthusiast who has supported many artists, actors, etc. in their various entertainment careers. His passion to promote Sierra Leonean talents is ever growing.

The House of Stars reality TV show is a testament to his unrelenting stance in supporting growth in Salone entertainment industry. His company, Kings Empire, is investing a whopping $750,000 to roll out the first edition of the House of Stars show.

In his estimation and intention to make it the biggest reality TV show ever organised in Sierra Leone, Kings Empire is setting aside a fortune star prizes for the winner – which includes a well furnished three bedroom house, a car, NLe 100,000, many other prizes or goodies. The runner-up will also take NLe 50,000 and other goodies. All 24 contestants will have something to take home in kind and cash.

The theme of the show is ‘Fame Is Business‘. It is a deliberate reminder for entertainers to consider their careers as business, which has turned entertainers across the world into millionaires and billionaires. Sierra Leone is not an exception. Entertainment has become a lucrative industry in which we must tap into.
