Media and Entertainment personality – Alhaji K. Tarawally earns a Double Master’s Degree abroad

Sierra Leone’s media personality and entertainment executive Alhaji K. Tarawally, better known as Laj K, has earned a Double Master’s Degree from top American and European universities. The CEO of Lake Productions attained his double Master’s program in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Schiller American University in Heidelberg, Germany and online at the University of RoeHampton in London, UK.

Alhaji started his studies in April 2021, with an intensive 17-month course that produced him with 11 As, 4 B+s & 1 C+ grades.

On his latest Facebook post, Alhaji shared the good news with his followers, narrating his humble beginnings – a street hawker selling plastic bags and water as a child in Koidu to raise his school fees, to a Masters degree holder and CEO of a leading company in Sierra Leone.

Ambassador Alhaji K. Tarawally is an Entrepreneur, TV Personality, Lecturer, Youth Ambassador & Communication Consultant. Mr. Tarawally is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication from Fourah Bay College, plus several other Diplomas and Certificates from other higher institutions in Africa. Alhaji has now added a Double Master’s Degree from the Global American University Schiller, Germany and University of RoeHampton, UK. He is the Founder and CEO of LAKE Production (SL) Limited, Sierra Leone’s leading one-stop-shop service provider for Event Management, Multimedia Production, Branding, Marketing, Advertising and Entertainment firm.

He is also the CEO of LAKE Construction and Essential Service Provider (L-CESP), which deals with various aspects of construction.

LAKE Group of Companies comprises various firms including the National Entertainment Awards Limited, The National Music Awards Limited, the Miss Freetown Beauty Pageant Limited, Miss Mano Union River Beauty Pageant Limited, The National Hip-hop Music Award Limited and The National Music Festival Limited. All these events are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and Trademark with the Office of the Administrator and Registrar General in Sierra Leone.
