A popular U.S-based Sierra Leonean artiste Uncle Papayzua has released a celebration song for the Sierra Leone National Football Team – LEONE STARS, titles as ‘LEONE STARS’. This grooving masterpiece joint is currently available on all major online streaming platforms.

The song is a remake of his previous ‘Leone Stars’ song which was the original version released few years ago. In the remixed ‘Leone Stars’ victory song, Papayzua features prominent Sierra Leonean legendary music stars, including Black Snoop, YOK 7, Innocent, Aklass, Shady Baby, Mr. Koolest, Rahim De Wizard, Cool J, Don Mighty and Sara D Great.

According to Uncle Papayzua, he recorded the song to celebrate Sierra Leone’s (Leone Stars’) participation in the Africa Cup of Nations finals in Cameroon next month, after being absent from the tournament for a long period.

“This is my way of showing support to our darling Leone Stars,” he says.

The song is currently making waves on major radio stations, streets and clubs across the country.
