Buya Empire – an investment brand unveils by Sierra Leone’s international football star Mohamed Buya Turay

Sierra Leone’s international footballer and Hebei China Fortune player, Mohamed Buya Turay has unveiled the brand of his multidimensional group of companies – BUYA EMPIRE. Turay’s quest to contribute to national development led to the birth of a multi million dollar company that holds other businesses or companies like an Ultra-Modern Record Label, Hotel, Logistics, Clothing Brand with wash facilities and his charity foundation for the underprivileged in society.

The Buya made this announcement on his Facebook page on Friday 27th February 2021, where he established felt need of his people from the small West African nation and his assumed responsibility to support young people and his communities.

“On my shoulder, I carry hope of many people. My family, my friends, my communities and my home town are all counting on me. So I cannot let them down, that’s the reason I came up with this initiative to help develop my country Sierra Leone…”

This news was welcomed by all and sundry, amidst applause and commendations for a young and thriving footballer who trades his career abroad. Many believe Buya has been an inspiration to young people in his home country Sierra Leone, who has exhibited some level of patriotism and philanthropic gestures on several occasions.

Mohamed Buya Turay has built a very good resume in his professional football career.

He has been an exemplary footballer since he started his professional career at Juventus IF in 2013/2014 season, where he scored 32 goals in 25 appearances, a successful journey that led him to several European clubs like ‘Vasteras SK’ in 2014, ‘AFC Eskilstuna’ 2015 – 2017, ‘Dalklurd FF’ 2018, ‘Sint-Truiden’ 2018 – 2020, ‘Djurgardens IF’ on loan in 2019, before he finally made a swift move to the Chinese Super League at ‘Hebei China Fortune Football Club in 2020.

Buya has also had 6 international caps for Leones Stars. His brilliant contributions helped Leone Stars secured 2 points from the double AFCON Qualifier matches against the Super Eagles of Nigeria, which put Sierra Leone in a possible position to qualify for the 2021 Cameroon AFCON tournament.

Within this short adventurous football journey, the young baller has already started giving back to his nation by supporting the dreams of young folks who desire or seek to build a career in entertainment and creative fields in general. He is also thoughtful of life after Football, thereby venturing to invest in businesses that will sustain him and his communities in the future.

The Buya Empire brand was unveiled to the public, pending the official launch of the company in the near future when COVID-19 would have subsided. But he has a strong team of relatives and friends back home that handles his affairs on his behalf.
